Installation Pros policies

Installation Pros Workplace Policy

Installation Pros is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful, and reliable workplace for all employees.

Employees are expected to arrive on time, ready to work, dressed appropriately, and equipped to complete assigned jobs safely and professionally. Team members must treat customers, coworkers, vendors, and property with respect at all times.

Safety procedures must be followed on every job. Employees should use proper tools, lifting techniques, protective equipment, and immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or damaged equipment.

Drugs, alcohol, harassment, discrimination, threats, fighting, theft, dishonesty, and intentional damage to company or customer property are prohibited.

Company vehicles, tools, equipment, customer information, and company systems must be used responsibly and primarily for authorized business purposes.

Employees are expected to communicate delays, mistakes, customer concerns, scheduling issues, or job-site problems as soon as possible rather than allowing issues to go unreported.

Photos, videos, customer information, addresses, pricing, internal documents, and other company information should not be shared publicly without authorization.

Installation Pros expects every team member to represent the company professionally, complete quality work, communicate clearly, and leave each job site clean and secure.

Failure to follow workplace policies may result in coaching, corrective action, suspension, or termination depending on the severity and circumstances.

This policy provides general workplace expectations and does not replace applicable employment agreements, safety requirements, or state and federal law.
